Caroline Coppey

La Bibliothèque Aragon de Choisy-le-Roi présente du 9 octobre au 3 novembre 2007 une exposition Caroline Coppey/ Georgia Russel. Tandis que le sculpteur occupe l’espace central de la galerie, sont exposées aux murs des œuvres récentes de Caroline Coppey : Echantillons, Chiffons et Palettes, ainsi que 6 grandes peintures sur toile ou sur bois et 2 collections de tissus. En contrepoint de cet accrochage sont visibles par la fenêtre 2 grandes peintures sur bois installées sur le mur extérieur en pierre de taille. Un catalogue est édité à cette occasion avec des textes de Jean Lauxerois et Florent Aziosmanoff.

From October 9th to November 3rd 2007, the Aragon Library in Choisy-le-roi is holding an exhibition of works by Caroline Coppey/ Georgia Russel. The central part of the galery is to be occupied by the sculpturer, while Caroline Coppey’s recent works will be displayed on the surrounding walls: Samples, Rags and Palettes, as well as five large paintings on canvas or wooden supports, and two collections of fabrics. Combined with this, two large paintings on wood hung on the outside stone wall can be seen by the window. For this occasion, a catalogue containing texts written by Jean Lauxerois and Florent Aziomanoff has been published.
